Warranty, Refund & Returns Policy

Finloyd is an office automation and security systems supplier in Saudi Arabia, with branches in Jeddah, Riyadh and Al Khobar. This policy explains the warranty coverage, exchange terms and refund process for the products we supply and install — including time attendance systems, ID card printers, fireproof and graded safes, money counting machines, access control systems and security cameras.

If you have any question about your warranty, an exchange or a refund, our team is ready to help at any of our three branches.

24-Month Warranty Coverage

Every product we supply is covered by a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers factory faults and manufacturing defects.

A device will be repaired after our service agent receives it at one of our branches. Please note that Finloyd is not obliged to send a salesperson to collect the device from your location.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To keep expectations clear, the 24-month warranty does not include:

  • Consumables such as batteries, belts, rollers, UV lamps and UV tubes.
  • Damage resulting from misuse of the product.
  • Damage caused by relocating the device, dropping or breaking it, electrical faults, or natural disasters.
  • Any device where another company has attempted a repair — this voids the warranty.

Installation & Software Support

  • Our technician will install the Time Attendance system or Card Printer on one (1) PC only. Installation on any additional device is charged separately.
  • Online support is free of charge.
  • If the technician installs the software and the invoice is later returned, SAR 400 is deducted from the invoice to cover the work performed.
  • In the case of a PC format/reinstall, the technician will charge to reinstall your software, even if the device is still under warranty, as this is a service request and not a product fault.

Service After the Warranty Period

When your 24-month warranty period ends, we continue to take care of your device. After the warranty period, labor charges and spare parts are billed to you.

Exchanges & Replacements

If a device has a factory problem, it can be exchanged within the first 3 days of purchase, and the original invoice is required.

Finloyd reserves the right to decline an exchange based on the technician’s diagnostic report.

For any exchange, the device must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, as good as new.

Refunds

If payment was made by card and a refund is approved, the amount is returned within 3 working days, with the bank commission deducted from the refunded amount.

Where applicable, deductions for installed software or services performed (see Installation & Software Support above) are applied before the refund is issued.

Security Camera Maintenance

For security camera systems, the maintenance invoice is determined by Finloyd according to the number of cameras ordered.
