The KMS key storage system allows you to restrict employee access rights. Each key or set of keys is attached to a metal keychain with a built-in RFID tag using a special steel cable-seal or ring-seal. All key fobs are not programmatically tied to a specific slot. After passing the user identification, the system, using an intuitive light indication, shows the keys available for this user. This greatly simplifies the use of the system and makes it unnecessary to return the key fob to a predetermined slot.
Distinctive features of the system (KMS)
- After user authorization, the outer door automatically opens; LEDs built into the slots indicate the keys to which the employee has the right to access and unlocks the key fobs in these slots;
- Each key fob is placed in a slot and securely locked in it using a special locking device;
- In the absence of power supply, key fobs remain fixed in the slots;
- Each individual user (group) can be granted individual access rights to each individual key (group of keys), programmed by date and time;
- The ability to quickly change employee access rights due to transfer, dismissal, change of work schedule, etc.
- Possibility of unlocking keys via remote access by an authorized user or administrator;
- Personal identification device (optional): fingerprint reader, palm vein reader.
