This policy explains the warranty coverage, exchange terms and refund process for the products we supply and install \u2014 including <strong>time attendance systems, ID card printers, fireproof and graded safes, money counting machines, access control systems and security cameras<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">If you have any question about your warranty, an exchange or a refund, our team is ready to help at any of our three branches.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">24-Month Warranty Coverage<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Every product we supply is covered by a <strong>full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase<\/strong>. This warranty covers <strong>factory faults and manufacturing defects<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">A device will be repaired <strong>after our service agent receives it at one of our branches<\/strong>. Please note that Finloyd is not obliged to send a salesperson to collect the device from your location.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">What the Warranty Does Not Cover<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">To keep expectations clear, the 24-month warranty <strong>does not<\/strong> include:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Consumables<\/strong> such as batteries, belts, rollers, UV lamps and UV tubes.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Damage resulting from <strong>misuse<\/strong> of the product.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Damage caused by <strong>relocating the device, dropping or breaking it, electrical faults, or natural disasters<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Any device where <strong>another company has attempted a repair<\/strong> \u2014 this voids the warranty.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Installation &amp; Software Support<\/h2><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Our technician will install the <strong>Time Attendance system or Card Printer on one (1) PC only<\/strong>. Installation on any additional device is charged separately.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Online support is free of charge.<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">If the technician installs the software and the invoice is later returned, <strong>SAR 400 is deducted<\/strong> from the invoice to cover the work performed.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">In the case of a <strong>PC format\/reinstall<\/strong>, the technician will charge to reinstall your software, <strong>even if the device is still under warranty<\/strong>, as this is a service request and not a product fault.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Service After the Warranty Period<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">When your 24-month warranty period ends, <strong>we continue to take care of your device<\/strong>.
