10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Finloyd offers a 10-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders placed through Finloyd.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your device, you may return it within 10 days of receipt — in its original, undamaged packaging — and we will refund the full purchase amount. This gives you confidence to buy knowing your purchase is risk-free.

Warranty on Evolis printers is subject to the use of genuine Evolis High Trust® ribbons and observance of the manufacturer’s operating conditions.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To keep coverage valid, please note the following exclusions:

  • Consumables are not covered, including UV lamps, batteries, belts, ribbons, cleaning kits, and the rollers of money counting machines.
  • Damage from misuse, relocation of the device, dropping or breakage, electrical faults, or natural disasters is not covered.
  • The warranty is void if a third party attempts to repair, open, or modify the device in any way.

After-Warranty Service & Support

When your warranty period ends, Finloyd continues to support your device. Out-of-warranty repairs are handled at a minimal labor charge plus the cost of any spare parts required. If your machine ever develops a fault, contact us directly — our technical team is ready to keep your equipment running.
